Dr. Marianne (Ranson) Giangreco, age 79, of Glenwood, formerly of Jacksonville, Ill., Washington, D.C., and Council Bluffs, died March 9, 2009, at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs.

Gerald Douglas Flowers, age 48, of Malvern, formerly of Rockford, Ill., and Glenwood, died March 2, 2009, at the Manor of Malvern.

Ron Dean Burger, age 61, of Malvern, formerly of Harlan, died at Glen Haven Home in Glenwood on Feb. 21, 2009. Memorial services will be held in Harlan at a later date.

Edna Blanche Bolte, age 99, of Silver City, died at Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs on Feb. 15, 2009. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb.
