Shirley J. Lewis, 70, Red Oak

Shirley Joan Lewis, age 70, of Red Oak, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak. Funeral Service will be held today, Wednesday, Oct. 13, at 1:30 p.m. at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home, Red Oak. Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery, northwest of Red Oak. Visitation with the family present was held on Tuesday Oct. 12, at the funeral home.
    Family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation or Nishna Productions.
    Shirley is survived by her husband Donovan Lewis of Red Oak; sons: Robert Lewis and companion Dianne Fritz of Tabor; and Thomas Lewis and wife Tammi of Red Oak; three granddaughters; mother: Vernita Crouse of Stanton; brothers: Richard Crouse of Nodaway; and Warren Crouse of Red Oak; sisters: Karen Sundberg of Red Oak; and Judi Crouse of Council Bluffs; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
