Raymond A. Powell, age 83, of Malvern, formerly of Omaha, died April 17, 2010, at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., today, (Wednesday) at the Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home in Malvern with burial in the Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha.
Mr. Powell is survived by his daughter Anita Morse of Salt Lake City, Utah; son Glen Powell and wife Eun-Joo “EJ” Hong Powell of Chino, Calif.; two grandchildren; sister Virginia Oberst of Albuquerque, N.M.; and companion Darlene Johnson of Malvern.
A memorial fund has been established.
