Rams drop volleyball season opener

    Clarinda defeated Glenwood 22-25, 25-14, 27-25 and 25-15 in the season-opener for both teams.
   “I was extremely proud of my team tonight,” said Glenwood coach Kara Huisman. “We did not let ourselves becomes victims when Morgan Lucy went down with an ankle injury.  We passed the ball extremely well and had great opportunities to score.”
 Glenwood was led by Grace Newman with 14 kills and eight digs. 
    Lexi Fisher added eight kills, McKenna Henze had 19 assists, and Bailey Starner was 10-for-11 serving with four aces.
