Chris Jack, 63, of Glenwood, passed away Jan. 6, 2022, at the Glen Haven Village in Glenwood. Memorial services were held Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood.
Jack is survived by children, Tara Jack and Austin Jack, both of Omaha and Caroline of Glenwood; and mother, Janis Jack of Glenwood.
Loess Hills Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
