Thomas W. Hoff, 68, Glenwood

    Thomas William Hoff, 68, resident of the Glenwood Resource Center, formerly of Burlington, died at Creighton University Medical Center, on Wednesday, March 2, 2011.
    Funeral services for Hoff were held Monday, March 7, 2011, at Prugh’s Chapel in Burlington. Pastor JudyAnn Morse officiated. The family received friends in Prugh’s Chapel one hour prior to the service. Interment was at Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington.
    He is survived by his mother, Janice Hoff of Burlington.
    A memorial has been established for First United Church of Christ in Burlington.
