    Zachary Clay Younts, Tabor – public intoxication, sentenced to two days in county jail with credit given for time served, ordered to pay court costs and fees.
    Nickales Allen Bywater, Pacific Junction – driving on an expired license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, court costs and fees.
    James Warren Wyer, Council Bluffs – unlawful position of prescription drug, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven days in county (with work release), ordered to pay court cost and fees

    Nicholas Lynn Wolfe, Malvern – interference with official acts, found guilty by court, sentenced to two days in county jail, ordered to pay $65 fine, court costs and fees.
