Ernest Franklin “Frank” Hayes, 83 of Glenwood, passed away Oct. 4, 2011, in Omaha, Neb. There will be graveside services in the Paradise Cemetery in Carson, N.D., at a later date. Peterson Mortuary of Glenwood is in charge of arrangements.
Frank was born Nov. 4, 1927, in Dubuque to Joseph and Lois (Maus) Hayes. He is survived by his guardian, Connie Werner of Durango.
