Matthew Bozek, 73, Mt. Vernon, Mo.

    Matthew William “Bo” Bozek, 73, of Mt. Vernon, Mo., died Saturday, July 28, 2012, at his home. Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with the funeral service starting at 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 12, 2012, at the Big Grove Village in Oakland. He will be buried at the Ozark Prairie Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Towards Education) of Iowa will be holding a memorial service for him at their Aug. 19, 2012, meeting. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
    Matthew was born May 4, 1939, in Corry, Penn., the son of Matthew and Ana (Drevenak) Bozek. He is survived by his wife, Debra Anderson of Glenwood; two daughters, Kim Briggs of Oakland: and Rhonda Bozek of Glenwood; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and six siblings.
