Jimmie Cottrell, 66, long-time resident at the Glenwood Resource Center, passed away Dec. 7, 2011, at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs. Memorial services were Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at the Glenwood Resource Center Chapel with interment in the Glenwood Cemetery. Hertz Funeral Home of Glenwood was in charge of arrangements.
Jimmie is survived by guardian Lana Taylor of McKinney, Texas.
