    Edwin Earl Dresher, 72, of Ericson, Neb., died July 11, 2012, at Parkside Manor in Stuart, Neb. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Christian Fellowship Church in Shenandoah, 906 Day St. Burial will take place Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Hastings Cemetery. On Saturday, July 14, 2012, a memorial service was held at Sandhills Baptist Fellowship in Ericson. Hitchcock Funeral Home in Burwell, Neb., assisted the family.
    Edwin was born July 17, 1939 in Fremont County, to Martin and Wilma (Carmen) Dresher.
    Edwin is survived by his wife, Julie Dresher of Ericson; six children, Gail Kruse of Hastings; Vicki McKinney of Shenandoah; Deb Novak of Elmwood, Neb.; Brian Dresher of Thurman; Becky Babb of Burwell and Eddie Dresher of Ericson; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Dale Dresher of Thurman.
