Amelia Grace Lorang, Omaha, Nebraska

Amelia Grace Lorang, infant daughter of Tim and Melissa (Raabe) Lorang, died July 28, 2010, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010, at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Omaha, followed by a graveside service at Evergreen Memorial Park, Omaha. Reverend Roland Jank, Jr. will officiate.

Amelia Grace entered the world on July 28, 2010, at 9:02 a.m. and was baptized by Reverend Roland Jank, Jr. Amelia weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 17 ½ inches long. In her short life, she was surrounded with love by her father, mother and big brother Noah. She blessed her family with two hours together before she was welcomed gently into the arms of her Heavenly Father.

In heaven, Amelia Grace joins her great-grandparents, Ivan Horst, Vern and Elaine Raabe, Violet Johnson, and Helmar and Elsi Peterson.

Those awaiting their heavenly reunion with Amelia include her parents Tim and Melissa Lorang of Omaha; big bother Noah Lorang; grandparents Larry and Joyce Raabe of Glenwood and Rodney and Karen Lorang of Omaha; great-grandmother Dolores Horst of Wisner, Neb.; aunts and uncles Phillip Raabe of Lincoln, Neb., Brad and Jeanette Lorang of Rochester Minn., Phil and Shelly Watts of Omaha, Mike Orso and Liz Lorang of Lincoln, Neb.; and many cousins, friends and extended family.

John A. Gentleman of Omaha is in charge of the arrangements.
