Michael K. McGrath, 75, Glenwood

    Michael K. McGrath, 75, of Glenwood, formerly of Hastings, Neb., passed away Dec. 7, 2011, at the Hospice With Heart facility in Glenwood. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood. Chaplain Frank Fast officiated. Interment was held in the Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Neb. Memorials may be made to the Hospice With Heart in Glenwood.
    Michael was born Sept. 27, 1936, in Kansas City, Mo., to John Keith and Helen Marie (Munroe) McGrath.
    Michael is survived by his wife, Ann McGrath of Glenwood: children, Beth Ann VanKirk and Cheryl Brown both of Sutton, Neb.; John McGrath of Omaha, Neb.; eight grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.
